Assistant Director / Building Systems Manager
The primary duty of the Assistant Director includes overall responsibility for maintenance, upkeep, and modernization of two hi-rise buildings, one low-rise building, and multiple duplexes and quads in the towns Princeton and Spring Valley, Illinois.
Must have a developed knowledge of and experience with computer skills including Windows 10, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
