This role builds relationships with our clients by completing account activities, managing the renewal process, and promptly responding to requests.

We’re currently looking for an Account Manager, Commercial Insurance who will work with producers and carriers to provide exceptional service to our clients.
What’s the work like?
You will:
- assist producer in development of service plan for key accounts
- manage renewal process according to agency procedures
- complete servicing of accounts, including but not limited to issuing certificates and auto ID cards, processing endorsements, audits, binders, and maintaining current status on all account activities
- promptly invoice policies and other premium-bearing items
- review policies upon receipt
- promptly respond to customers’ questions and/or requests for assistance
- review client contracts and make recommendations to producer, client and/or carriers if it is necessary to modify existing coverage in order to comply with contract provisions
- communicate all necessary information to producers, clients, carriers and any other agency team members servicing the account.

What do I need to know?
You have to have…
- a valid driver’s license
- a high school diploma or equivalent
- a Property and Casualty Agent’s license
- 3 or more years Property/Casualty Commercial insurance experience
- strong time management and organizational skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
