CORRECTIONAL COMMERCIAL COOKING INSTRUCTOR AT DIXON CORRECTION CENTER
Full-time, 12 month - grant funded position at Dixon, IL.
Responsible for teaching courses and labs in the Culinary Arts program.
HS diploma/GED required.
Associate degree preferred.
Illinois Food Service Sanitation Certification required.
