Head Cook - Full Time / 6:00am - 2:30pm
High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years relevant institutional cooking experience including some supervisory experience. Knowledge of large quantity food handling, preparation and cooking. Good understanding of institutional kitchen operations and management. Familiarity with public school breakfast and lunch programs. Valid State of Illinois Certification in Food Service Sanitation. Hourly rate: $18.32.

Must possess a valid Illinois Food Handlers License. Hourly rate: $14.75.
