POSITION SUMMARY:
Full time office position. Must have common knowledge of basic computer skills. Performs clerical and general office duties, customer service and other duties as required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining records on established system.
Performs various clerical duties.
Answering Phone and waiting on counter
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of various office equipment including copier, facsimile and scanning devices.
Microsoft Office software, Outlook, Word & Excel
Verbal and/or written communications
Knowledge of tax cycle and able to learn legal descriptions and understanding some legal documents
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Two years of office experience with clerical and public contact
Experience and knowledge of the Property Tax Cycle
Salary to be determined based on experience.
Position includes full benefits and retirement in IMRF.
