Provide administrative support to call center staff.

Position will require great communication skills. Must know Microsoft Word and Excel and how to develop and understand spreadsheets. Must be comfortable with computers and data entry. Provide a back-up to call center staff in dispatching work orders and work order follow up. Training will be conducted in-office with ability to work from home once job duties are learned.
