Customer Engagement Specialist

Shaw Media is looking to welcome a full-time Customer Engagement Specialist to help grow and retain our newspaper and digital news subscribers. 

The specialist will support marketing initiatives to retain print and digital subscribers, including regular reporting to track these initiatives and other key subscriber metrics.

About This Opportunity:  The successful candidate will be willing to learn and become proficient in new systems, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong drive to achieve performance goals.  The position will require a thorough understanding of Shaw Media’s print and digital products, as well as the markets they serve.  Computer skills including the use of Excel, the ability to hear and communicate via phone, and the use of email are required.  Previous experience in a customer sales or retention role is preferred. Hours of the position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday.
