Shipping Associate - Part Time

SLP is a global manufacturer of diagnostic sleep sensors used by sleep labs worldwide.  Our US office handles sales, distribution and marketing for our line of diagnostic sensors in the US & Canada.  We are looking to add a Part Time Shipping Associate to our team!  

The Shipping Associate is responsible for:

• Processing of orders through our system, including receiving and entering the order, pick and pack, and shipping via UPS or FedEx shipping software
• Provide exceptional customer service which includes; order acknowledgement, taking orders, entering orders in the system, processing the orders, answering phones, sending confirmations and various other customer service duties
• Assisting in receiving and organization/restocking of products
• Maintaining FIFO Inventory Management
• Assisting with processing of RMAs
• General administrative and operational support

Ideal candidates will have:

• Exceptional customer service skills and responsiveness
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning our ERP system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email and phone)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Lifting required up to 50lbs

Compensation:  Hourly wage

Include information about your availability.  Part Time Assistance needed during the hours of 8:30-4pm, Monday-Thursday and can be flexible on schedule within those times.
