The position assists with daily functions and operations of the community such as: leasing, rent collections, customer service, administrative / data input, audits, inspections, advertising, surveys, schedule move in / outs, community events and above all good daily communication with co-workers, residents, prospects, vendors and investors.
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Computer skills – MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Entrata knowledge is a plus.
Communication Skills – Proficient in English (written and verbal), bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.
